HELPFUL HINTS: MassageDepot.com understands that all notices, especially tracking notices, are of great importance to our customers. Our policy of resending customer requested notices, as a courtesy, has been in place for many years. However, spam mail has become so prolific, and the resulting use of e-mail security filters so common and varied, that we are no longer capable of complying with the number of customer requests for second mailings due to errant addresses, filtered, returned, deleted, lost, or refused notices. Instead, we encourage customers to a) enter their e-mail address carefully, b) be especially alert for the receipt of important notices-documents, even to the point of reconfiguring mailboxes and spam filters, using the provided controls, and c) print a copy of all important documents for future reference.

The Desperation Freak-Out        

MassageDepot.com, frequently albeit unfortunately, receives what can only be called desperation freak-out orders from those who procrastinate, waiting until they are out of product or close to it to place their order, many with the expectation that their order will be fulfilled and delivered in an unrealistic time frame. Although MassageDepot.com gives all orders the same high level of attention, SERVICE DELAYS CAN OCCUR not only within our system, but anywhere along the fulfillment and delivery supply line, which can include issues such as unexpected manufacturer inventory shortages, weather related delays, UPS-FedEx parcel damage and-or loss, Web server and-or e-mail service failure, and numerous delays due to human error. HELPFUL HINTS: MassageDepot.com suggests the following actions for all of our professional therapist customers. a) Keep an appropriate amount of critical-needs product in reserve. We suggest a 2-3 week supply. b) Order fresh product when use of the reserve product begins. This simple 2-step practice can save all parties a great deal of anxiety and frustration.

SPECIAL ADVISORY: REGULAR GROUND ONLY DELIVERY NOW APPLIES TO ALL ORDERS. Non-compliant orders may be shipped WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE VIA REGULAR GROUND, OR SUMMARILY CANCELED, at the sole discretion of MassageDepot.com. Whereas the Cardholder-Recipient of Free Shipping has not paid for the insured delivery of fulfilled items, and in the event any items are damaged in transit, unsealed, lost-missing in transit, etc., whether due to theft or human error, and in order to maintain cost effectiveness and to reduce risk of fraud, therefore that portion of any order at issue, or the entire order may be summarily canceled at the sole discretion of MassageDepot.com with the appropriate refund made to the account of the Cardholder. NOTICE: In the event any return of Free Shipping items to MassageDepot.com occurs, which involves return shipping fees, shipping fees having not been paid by the Cardholder-Recipient, a determination of the circumstances will be made by MassageDepot.com, and appropriate action will occur at the sole discretion of MassageDepot.com.

RUNNING LOW? PLACE YOUR ORDER NOW

   UPS SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS. UPS Regular Ground weekday delivery is now our default selection. Additional UPS delivery options are not currently available. See the preceding special advisories. No weekend delivery options are available. A one pound minimum - $10.95 - shipping and handling fee is added to all orders. It is therefore more efficient and cost effective to ship more and larger sized items in fewer cartons. Mixed orders, i.e., supplies originating from MassageDepot.com plus equipment, which is always shipped directly from a third party Vendor, may ship via UPS, US Mail, FedEx, etc., at the discretion of the respective Vendor.

IMPORTANT EQUIPMENT DELIVERY NOTICE #1 In the interest of Cardholder security, and better economy, MassageDepot.com, via 3rd party Vendors, will deliver ALL massage EQUIPMENT, i.e., massage tables, chairs, plus accessories, by regular GROUND ONLY*. Orders which request optional Express Delivery, e.g., UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3-Day Select, may be modified as to method of delivery, or canceled, at our discretion. The Cardholder will be notified. Furthermore, all equipment and accessory items, while ordered on a separate invoice, must be addressed for delivery to the exact billing address of the Cardholder (PO Box is not allowed) in the absence of a specific and signed Cardholder authorization approving the delivery to an alternate address.

*IMPORTANT EQUIPMENT DELIVERY NOTICE #2 All equipment and accessory items must be ordered separately, on a different invoice, i.e., no creams, lotions, oils, etc., can be ordered together with any equipment items, i.e., massage table, accessories, body back buddy, vibrator, etc. For reasons of efficiency, lowering our delivery costs, and keeping our prices in line, all equipment orders are fulfilled by 3rd party sources. Any mixed order which includes supplies plus equipment, may be summarily modified, refunded, or canceled at the discretion of MassageDepot.com. WARNING: Customers are hereby advised to order supplies only, and equipment-accessories only, on a separate invoice in order to avoid any fulfillment delays and possible cancellation of order.

*IMPORTANT EQUIPMENT DELIVERY NOTICE #3 In the case of a mixed order, i.e., an invoice of supplies, oil, cream, lotion, etc., which ship from MassageDepot.com warehouse, which includes massage equipment or accessories, all of which ship from an outside Vendor*, the supplies may be shipped minus the equipment-accessory items, or the order may be canceled at the sole discretion of MassageDepot.com, the Cardholder to be notified in either case. Cardholder approval of extra shipping fees will be required if the equipment and-or accessories are approved by MassageDepot.com for shipment from the same invoice. If a delivery option other than regular Ground is requested, only the supplies can be shipped per the requested method. Vendor-shipped equipment will ALWAYS be shipped via regular Ground.

*IMPORTANT EQUIPMENT DELIVERY NOTICE #4 In the additional interest of Cardholder security, all massage equipment items, i.e., tables, chairs, accessories, etc., a) must be ordered, each unit SEPARATELY, per each invoice, and b) are to be delivered via regular GROUND ONLY, i.e., 3-Day Select, 2nd Day, Next Day, and-or weekend deliveries are NOT ALLOWED. Furthermore, all equipment orders must be addressed for delivery to the exact billing address of the Cardholder in the absence of a specific and signed Cardholder Authorization, for delivery to an alternate address.*

*IMPORTANT EQUIPMENT DELIVERY NOTICE #5 Customer requests for second confirmations, invoices, and tracking notices. During check out you will complete a form which provides us with your street delivery address (PO Box is not allowed for deliveries), zip code, etc. UPS shipping fees, including MassageDepot.com packing fees and applicable taxes, are computed based on the estimated package weight and the delivery zip code.     EQUIPMENT ORDERS ARE DROP SHIPPED FACTORY DIRECT VIA GROUND ONLY. Most equipment items, e.g., Massage Tables, Carts, Massage Chairs, PregoPillows, etc., will be shipped Vendor-Factory direct via UPS* within two working days of order placement. Made to order items will ship within two weeks. Most equipment items originate from a West Coast source, therefore, UPS Ground deliveries to a West Coast destination require 2-4 UPS working days AFTER shipment, deliveries to an East Coast destination require 5-8 UPS working days AFTER shipment, not including the day of shipment, weekends, or holidays.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Cardholder assumes all security and risk of loss when requesting 'No signature required,' and-or deliveries to unsecured special locations, e.g., 'Leave at back door,' 'Leave at manager's desk,' etc. The Cardholder must designate at Check Out the desired 'Ship to' receiver, and-or business name and address to which delivery is to be made, AND whereas the Cardholder has agreed to the acceptance of all MassageDepot.com terms as a condition of entry to this Web site, therefore failure to provide accurate receiver data may result in a delayed or failed delivery and the subsequent return of items to the Vendor, in which case additional fees for reshipment of the order may be charged to the credit card of record.

IMPORTANT: In the event of our error, replacement equipment orders are shipped via Ground only. In the event of customer error replacement orders are shipped via UPS Ground at Cardholder expense, unless Cardholder requests and pays extra for express delivery.

    OFFSHORE OR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are accepted only at our discretion. However, due to the current economic and labor issues involved and the multiple laws, trade restrictions, export barrier issues, etc., we do not currently serve most offshore deliveries, Hawaii being an exception.** And we will not invoice customs fees, taxes, or other duty-entry, or extra fees. Therefore, the Cardholder is responsible for payment of extra fees at port of entry and-or point of delivery in the event we service future offshore orders. We reserve the right, without showing cause, or giving prior notice, to summarily accept or void orders, or any parts thereof to international destinations. Cardholder will be notified of adjustment or cancellation. Credit card charges will be adjusted or voided accordingly.

**IMPORTANT NOTICE: We DO NOT presently serve the international community, including Canada and Mexico for reasons as stated above. We suggest to customers in these areas that orders be delivered to addresses located at U.S. border points for subsequent pick up and delivery to foreign destinations.

         UPS EXPRESS DELIVERIES, QUANTITY ORDERS, SPECIAL DIRECT-SHIP EQUIPMENT ORDERS, AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS may require shipping fee quotes, prior to final invoicing.

   SPECIAL WEEKEND OR HOLIDAY DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE NOT PROVIDED! Example: Orders received and invoiced on Friday, before 2 PM Mountain, in which UPS NEXT DAY is requested, will be delivered on the following Monday, NOT Saturday. 2 Day Air requests will be delivered the following Tuesday, NOT Sunday. No special holiday delivery is available.

  ITEMS DAMAGED, OPENED, OR LOST IN TRANSIT. In the event of items damaged, opened, or lost in transit, and in order to reduce the risk of fraud, a damage claim-report must be made without delay by the Cardholder-Receiver, first to the respective Delivery Service (UPS-1-800-742-5877), as well as to MassageDepot.com. Replacement of damaged items will occur ONLY AFTER a damage claim is authorized by the respective Delivery Service and received by MassageDepot.com.

In the event of a lost order, MassageDepot.com will request a tracer. However, a period of eight (8) working days is required, if no recovery occurs, before the execution of a claim is allowed by UPS. MassageDepot.com will duplicate and ship a lost order only AFTER the respective Delivery Service (UPS-1-800-742-5877) tracer is fully executed. A DELAYED CLAIM may NOT be honored. REPORT DAMAGE OR LOSS IMMEDIATELY!
