Acceptance/Authorization
of Credit Card Charges
MassageDepot.com is an e-commerce Web site. It is therefore accepted and understood between MassageDepot.com and all parties that any credit card transactions are legally authorized and accepted as if the Cardholder were to provide a handwritten signature of authorization. The Cardholder is bound by all of the MassageDepot.com Terms and Conditions upon entering this Web site and upon making any subsequent purchases.
Security and Fraud Prevention
EveryBody's MassageDepot, herein referred to as MassageDepot.com, and in the interest of Cardholder credit card security and fraud prevention, requires that you must enter the following required data on your order form: a) Your exact credit card Billing Address. b) Your exact Card Verification Value, CVV, number, c) Your exact, and functional E-mail Address. All other required data fields must be completed as well. When an order fails to meet our specific security criteria, we may require delivery to the authorized Cardholder billing address in the absence of a Cardholder Signed Authorization for making delivery to an alternate address.
