  OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS ARE TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE. Due to unexpected customer demands and-or delays in receiving product from our Vendors, we may experience inventory shortages. We do not execute back orders! Out-of-stock items are usually available for shipment within three to five business days. If you enter an order which includes a sold-out item, be advised that, at our discretion, and in order to maintain an acceptable level of service, A) shipment of your order will exclude the out-of-stock item and you must reorder the absent item later, in which case you will be contacted and-or given notice on the packing invoice of an item which is excluded, B) shipment of your complete order will be delayed until we receive the item from our supplier, in which case you will be contacted, or C) your order may be summarily canceled, at which time a notice of cancellation will be sent to the Cardholder e-mail address of record. A 'QuantumViewNotify' tracking number, will be e-mailed to the Cardholder via our automated UPS shipping notification service AFTER the order is shipped. Thank you, for your patience!

  WE DO NOT EXECUTE BACK ORDERS! YOU MUST REORDER OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS UNLESS YOU ARE ADVISED OTHERWISE! We do not ship any back orders, i.e., ship in-stock items now, and out-of-stock items later. If you enter an order which includes a sold-out item, shipment of the complete order may be delayed, at our discretion, until we receive the absent item from our supplier. Shipment of a delayed order usually occurs within three to five working days. We reserve the right to delay shipment, modify, or void orders which include sold-out items, in some cases shipping only a partial order. NOTE: Although we make every effort to maintain adequate stock, we are unable to predict unexpected demand or the unavailability of any item. Appropriate Cardholder notification regarding voided, delayed or modified orders, and any necessary billing adjustments will occur in all cases.
