Credit card fraud and data misuse can be prevented everywhere if adequate precautions are in place. In the interest of credit card and consumer identity security, and in order to counter online fraud, MassageDepot.com has instituted some stringent anti-fraud procedures.

For example, we, along with your Credit Card Issuers, may require the delivery of orders to the exact Cardholder billing address, which appears on your bank statement. In the event any order fails our shipping and security criteria, an authorization signed by the Cardholder may be required in order to deliver items to an alternate address. We will advise the Cardholder under such circumstances.

In other words, either the billing and delivery addresses match, no Cardholder signature being required if these match, or we may request a Signed Cardholder Approval, when items are requested to be delivered to a destination other than the billing address.

DELIVERY NOTICE: In the additional interest of Cardholder security, all massage equipment items, i.e., tables, chairs, accessories, etc., a) must be ordered, each unit SEPARATELY, per each invoice, and b) are to be delivered via regular GROUND ONLY, i.e., 3-Day Select, 2nd Day, Next Day, and-or weekend deliveries are NOT ALLOWED. Furthermore, all equipment orders must be addressed for delivery to the exact billing address of the Cardholder in the absence of a specific and signed Cardholder Authorization, for delivery to an alternate address.*

IMPORTANT: Customers are hereby advised to order massage equipment and accessory items separately, NOT TO INCLUDE supplies, i.e., creams, lotions, oils, miscellaneous items, etc., for reasons of security and economy, since all equipment orders are filled by 3rd party Vendors, and therefore shipped from remote locations. Mixed orders, which include both equipment and supplies, may be modified or canceled at our discretion. Details.

*We understand that this policy may appear cumbersome and inconvenient, as are most security measures. Therefore, we recommend that our Customers, especially our professional therapists, contact their respective Credit Card Issuers to request a billing address, which matches their preferred delivery address. Many Merchants are putting this policy in place, so taking this action now will eliminate the risk of future delays in service, and will enhance the online security of all parties. Of course, this action is not necessary if the billing and delivery addresses currently match, and-or if the order otherwise meets our specific security criteria.

NOTE: For those Cardholders who have placed an order, which has failed our specific security criteria, or who have an order pending that requires delivery to an address OTHER THAN the Cardholder's billing address, you will be required to execute and e-mail or fax to us a Signed Authorization Form. We will advise you via e-mail if a Signature Form is required.

WARNING: If the above action is necessary, only one advisory will be sent! Pending orders are automatically voided if Cardholder's signed approval, or request to change delivery to the exact billing address is NOT forthcoming within 48 hours of the order placement. Of course, all items must then be reordered.

MASSAGE EQUIPMENT DELIVERY NOTICE I: In the interest of Cardholder security, and better economy, MassageDepot.com, via 3rd party Vendors, will deliver all massage EQUIPMENT, i.e., massage tables, chairs, PLUS ACCESSORIES by regular GROUND ONLY.** Orders which request optional Express Delivery, e.g., UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3-Day Select, may be modified as to method of delivery, or canceled, at our discretion. The Cardholder will be notified. Furthermore, all equipment and accessory items, while ordered on a separate invoice, must be addressed for delivery to the exact billing address of the Cardholder (PO Box is not allowed) in the absence of a specific and signed Cardholder authorization approving the delivery to an alternate address.

**MASSAGE EQUIPMENT DELIVERY NOTICE II: All massage equipment and accessory items must be ordered on a different invoice, separately from massage supplies, i.e., creams, lotions, oils, etc., for reasons of economy and lowering our delivery costs, since all of our equipment orders are fulfilled by 3rd party sources. Mixed orders of supplies, plus equipment, can be modified, refunded, or canceled at our discretion. Customers are hereby advised to order supplies only, and equipment and-or accessories only, on a separate invoice in order to avoid fulfillment delays and possible cancellation.

**MASSAGE EQUIPMENT DELIVERY NOTICE III: In the case of a mixed order, i.e., an invoice of supplies, oil, cream, lotion, etc., which ship from MassageDepot.com warehouse, which includes massage equipment or accessories, which ship from an outside Vendor*, the supplies can be shipped minus the equipment-accessory items at the discretion of MassageDepot.com. Cardholder approval of extra shipping fees will be required if the equipment and-or accessories are approved by MassageDepot.com for shipment from the same invoice. If a delivery option other than regular Ground is requested, only the supplies can be shipped per the requested method. Vendor-shipped equipment will ALWAYS be shipped via regular Ground.

*Equipment and accessory items always ship via regular Ground from a 3rd party MassageDepot.com Vendor direct to our Customers.

NOTICES OF CONSUMER RISK: A) THE CARDHOLDER ASSUMES ALL RISK OF LOSS. When requesting 'No signature required,' and-or deliveries to unsecured special locations, e.g., 'Leave at back door,' 'Leave at manager's desk,' etc., the Cardholder assumes all risk of loss. Whereas the Cardholder must designate, at Check Out, the desired 'Ship to' receiver and-or business name and address to which delivery is to be made, failure to provide accurate receiver data may result in a delayed or failed delivery and subsequent UPS return of order to Vendor, AND whereas the Cardholder has agreed to the acceptance of all MassageDepot.com terms as a condition of entry to this Web site, therefore additional shipping fees may be required to be charged to the credit card of record for the subsequent reshipment of items. Note: No refund of shipping fees is allowed.

B) NO GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY IS IMPLIED ON FREE SHIPPING ORDERS. Whereas the Cardholder-Recipient of Free Shipping has not paid for the insured delivery of fulfilled items, and in the event any items are damaged in transit, unsealed, lost-missing in transit, etc., whether due to theft or human error, and in order to maintain cost effectiveness and to reduce risk of fraud, therefore that portion of any order at issue, or the entire order may be summarily canceled at the sole discretion of MassageDepot.com with the appropriate refund made to the account of the Cardholder.

When you arrive at Check Out you can easily confirm that our Web site is secure in three ways: 1) the locked padlock, down in the lower right corner of your browser window, 2) the addition of the 's' after 'http', i.e., https://www, up in your browser's address line.
