Items shipped direct by MassageDepot.com, not a third party, are accepted for return only after prior approval minus 15% net invoice, $10.95 minimum, of the returned items. Opened-unsealed items are NOT returnable for obvious reasons. NOTE: This fee applies to 'Refused Delivery' returns also. Return shipping and full value insurance are prepaid by Cardholder. Shipping fees and taxes are not refundable. Additional shipping fees may be charged to the Cardholder if an order requires reshipment. A) In case of a Cardholder error, after prior approval, Cardholder may return item to be exchanged or credited, minus 15% net invoice, $10.95 minimum, of returned items, within seven (7) days of receipt, Factory Sealed** and Salable, with shipping and full value insurance prepaid by Cardholder. Upon our receipt of the return items, including UPS Call Tag items, Cardholder's credit card of record will be charged to include our current minimum prepaid UPS Ground shipping or more, if applicable, for subsequent shipment of the replacement item. A refund check, see item C, will be enclosed, if applicable, with the replacement item. Cardholder may request and will be charged for expedited delivery.

B) In case of our error*, after prior approval, and upon our receipt of returned items, Factory Sealed** and Salable, within ten (10) days of the approval, including UPS Call Tag items, the credit card of record will be charged or credited, or a company refund check (see item C), if applicable, will be enclosed with the replacement item. Only the Manufacturer or Vendor warranty applies to all purchases. MassageDepot.com offers no additional guarantee, and is not responsible for changes to design or formula of products or policies by Manufacturers. MassageDepot.com provides no additional warranty or insurance, to include Factory direct shipped equipment items.

C) Refunds and Credits: In the case of a shipping error and-or an approved refund or credit that is due the Cardholder, MassageDepot.com reserves the right to execute the refund or credit via an exchange of merchandise and-or a discount of equal amount applied to a future purchase. NOTE: Refunds and credits DO NOT include Shipping and Handling, S&H fees.

D) In the event of items damaged, opened, or lost in transit, and in order to reduce fraud, a damage claim-report must be made without delay by the Cardholder-Receiver, first to the respective Delivery Service, as well as to MassageDepot.com. Replacement of damaged-lost-stolen items will occur ONLY AFTER a damage claim is authorized by the respective Delivery Service (UPS-1-800-742-5877), and received by MassageDepot.com.

NOTE: Again, MassageDepot.com is not a Manufacturer and therefore is not responsible for the production of products and-or the quality of ingredients. In all cases of quality control issues, allergic reaction issues, etc., with regard to products sold by MassageDepot.com, the Cardholder-Consumer is urged to contact the Manufacturer or Vendor directly. All MassageDepot.com Suppliers prefer to hear from end-users directly in order to more effectively access and resolve product issues. Many times Suppliers will provide for the return and-or provide for the replacement of an offending product.

E) IN THE CASE OF DELIVERED-LOST-STOLEN ITEMS: MassageDepot.com will request a tracer only after the Receiver makes a formal claim-report with tracking number to the Delivery Service (UPS-1-800-742-5877). However, a period of eight (8) working days is required by UPS, if no recovery occurs, before the execution of a claim is allowed by UPS. MassageDepot.com will duplicate and ship a lost-stolen order only AFTER the respective Delivery Service tracer is fully executed. REPORT DAMAGE OR LOSS IMMEDIATELY! A DELAYED CLAIM MAY NOT BE HONORED BY THE DELIVERY SERVICE.

When requesting 'No signature required,' and-or deliveries to unsecured special locations, e.g., 'Leave at back door,' 'Leave at manager's desk,' etc., the Cardholder assumes all risk of loss. Whereas the Cardholder must designate, at Check Out, the desired 'Ship to' receiver and-or business name and address to which delivery is to be made, failure to provide accurate receiver data may result in a delayed or failed delivery and subsequent UPS return of order to Vendor, AND whereas the Cardholder has agreed to the acceptance of all MassageDepot.com terms as a condition of entry to this Web site, therefore additional shipping fees may be required to be charged to the credit card of record for the subsequent reshipment of items. Note: No refund of shipping fees is allowed.

   CANCELLATIONS REQUIRE PRIOR APPROVAL! In the case of a Cardholder cancellation of a processed or invoiced order, an equipment order in process with the Factory, an order already in transit, or a Cardholder 'Refused Delivery' return, an approved refund is made by way of company check mailed to the Cardholder's address of record. Only a partial refund is possible, i.e., no less than $10.95 minimum and no more than 15% of net invoice will remain charged to the Cardholder's credit card account to cover our labor and processing costs PLUS taxes, and shipping and handling fees which are not refundable. Items NOT shipped by MassageDepot.com, i.e., by a third party, may be returned only with prior approval of the third party. NOTE: We reserve the right to summarily void any order or any part thereof, without showing cause, giving prior notice or obtaining Cardholder approval. Cardholder will be notified of any adjustment, refund or cancellation.

IMPORTANT: In the event a Cardholder informs MassageDepot of our shipping error, and after our prior approval, errant items must be returned in salable condition, in the original carton and packing, via our UPS Ground 'Call Tag' pickup. Corrected items will be shipped via the delivery method of the ORIGINAL order only. The corrected order may be shipped BEFORE or AFTER MassageDepot receives the errant items, at the sole discretion of MassageDepot. MassageDepot reserves the right to inspect any errant order before taking corrective action in order to prevent fraudulent claims.

     UPS SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS. UPS Ground weekday delivery is your default selection. More UPS delivery options are available during the check out process. No weekend delivery options are available. A one pound minimum - $10.95 - shipping and handling fee is added to all orders. It is more efficient and cost effective to ship more and larger sized items in fewer cartons. Mixed orders, i.e., items originating from MassageDepot.com plus items shipped directly from a third party Vendor, may ship via UPS, US Mail, FedEx, etc., at the discretion of that Vendor.

Orders which request optional Express Delivery, e.g., UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3-Day Select, may be modified as to method of delivery, or canceled, at our discretion. The Cardholder will be notified. Furthermore, all equipment and accessory items, while ordered on a separate invoice, must be addressed for delivery to the exact billing address of the Cardholder (PO Box is not allowed) in the absence of a specific and signed Cardholder authorization approving the delivery to an alternate address.

*IMPORTANT EQUIPMENT DELIVERY NOTICE In the case of a mixed order, i.e., an invoice of supplies, oil, cream, lotion, etc., which ship from MassageDepot.com warehouse, which includes massage equipment or accessories, all of which ship from an outside Vendor*, the supplies may be shipped minus the equipment-accessory items, or the order may be canceled at the sole discretion of MassageDepot.com, the Cardholder to be notified in either case. Cardholder approval of extra shipping fees will be required if the equipment and-or accessories are approved by MassageDepot.com for shipment from the same invoice. If a delivery option other than regular Ground is requested, only the supplies can be shipped per the requested method. Vendor-shipped equipment will ALWAYS be shipped via regular Ground.

In the additional interest of Cardholder security, all massage equipment items, i.e., tables, chairs, accessories, etc., a) must be ordered, each unit SEPARATELY, per each invoice, and b) are to be delivered via regular GROUND ONLY, i.e., 3-Day Select, 2nd Day, Next Day, and-or weekend deliveries are NOT ALLOWED. SPECIAL NOTICE: Customer requests for second confirmations, invoices, and tracking notices. Whereas one automated confirmation and one invoice is sent to each customer following order placement, AND whereas one automated UPS tracking number is sent to each customer following the fulfillment of each order, AND whereas the practice of sending customer-requested second notices, as a courtesy, requires excessive time and effort, which is not cost effective along with our long standing Free Shipping and lower price policies, AND whereas after a polling of numerous longtime customers, the majority prefer that our Free Shipping offer be continued, AND whereas the Cardholder has agreed to the acceptance of all MassageDepot.com terms as a condition of entry to this Web site, THEREFORE OUR PRACTICE OF RESENDING CONFIRMATIONS, INVOICES AND TRACKING NOTICES HAS BEEN SUSPENDED. HELPFUL HINTS: MassageDepot.com understands that all notices, especially tracking notices, are of great importance to our customers. Our policy of resending customer requested notices, as a courtesy, has been in place for many years. However, spam mail has become so prolific, and the resulting use of e-mail security filters so common and varied, that we are no longer capable of complying with the number of customer requests for second mailings due to errant addresses, filtered, returned, deleted, lost, or refused notices. NOTICES OF CONSUMER RISK: A) The Cardholder assumes all risk of loss when requesting 'No signature required,' and-or deliveries to unsecured special locations, e.g., 'Leave at back door,' 'Leave at manager's desk,' etc. The Cardholder must designate, at Check Out, the proper 'Ship to' receiver and-or business name and address to which delivery is to be made. Failure to provide accurate receiver data may result in a delayed or failed delivery and subsequent UPS return of order to Vendor, in which case additional shipping fees may be required to be charged to the credit card of record for the reshipment of items. No refund of shipping fees is allowed.

B) NO GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY IS IMPLIED ON FREE SHIPPING ORDERS. Whereas the Cardholder-Recipient of Free Shipping has not paid for the delivery of fulfilled items, and in the event any items are damaged in transit, unsealed, lost in transit or missing, etc., whether due to theft or human error, and in order to maintain cost effectiveness and to reduce risk of fraud, therefore that portion of any order at issue, or the entire order may be summarily canceled and the appropriate refund made to the account of the Cardholder at the sole discretion of MassageDepot.com.

      CARDHOLDER MUST APPROVE PACKING AND SHIPPING FEES BEFORE INVOICING OCCURS! During check out you will complete a form which provides us with your street delivery address (PO Box is not allowed for deliveries), zip code, etc. UPS shipping fees, including MassageDepot.com packing fees and applicable taxes, are computed based on the estimated package weight and the delivery zip code.
