About Shipping Fees

During check out you'll need to complete a form which provides us with your street delivery (PO Box not allowed) address, zip code, etc., after which, UPS shipping and handling fees can be computed. These fees are tallied after the system identifies the items, and their destination. Fees are based on the estimated package weight and the delivery zip code. You can review your completed order, including S & H, Shipping and Handling fees, and any applicable tax, before the order is invoiced. NOTE: You can change or cancel your order at any time before final invoicing.

Troubleshooting Hints

If after Check Out and assuming adequate funds exist in your credit card account, a) you receive no IMMEDIATE e-mail confirmation of your order, b) the system fails to submit your approved order to us for fulfillment ...

RECHECK E-MAIL ADDRESS! Avoid getting no answer. A return response to an inquiry, which contains a missing or inaccurate return e-mail address is impossible. If you fail to get a reply to your inquiry, or you do not receive an immediate confirmation of your order, please check to see that your e-mail address was correctly entered.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Failure to enter your accurate credit card data, i.e., exact billing and delivery information, quantity of items, or your return e-mail address will result in, a) the aborted fulfillment of your order, b) failure of your order confirmation or other e-mail responses. Replies to after hours inquiries, 10 AM - 4 PM Mountain, occur no later than the next work day.

RECHECK ALL DATA! Check your order form carefully for these common errors and omissions: missing quantity of items, credit card number, expiration date, street delivery address (PO Box not allowed), exact billing address, which appears on your bank statement, missing phone number, missing or inaccurate e-mail address, etc.
