Fraud

Entering false credit card data is considered credit card fraud. Credit card fraud is a felony and will be aggressively prosecuted. WARNING! Your IP, Internet Provider, address is recorded at the time of each purchase for the sake of your security, and assists us in the apprehension and prosecution of offenders. DO NOT submit an order using a stolen credit or debit card. Massage Depot is not liable for the illegal or improper use of credit-debit cards.

Implied Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

As a condition of visiting or shopping this Web site you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which are updated from time to time. You further agree that your continued use of this website after any such update signifies your acceptance of any modifications.

Refunds, Returns

Products shipped directly by massage depot may be returned unopened and in salable condition within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Items NOT shipped by Massage Depot, i.e., by a third party, may be returned only with prior approval of the third party, and are subject to that party's return policy.

Refunds for returns do not include shipping fees.

Warranty/Guarantee

The Manufacturer's warranty ONLY applies to all purchases. Massage Depot provides NO additional warranty, guaranty, or insurance. In the case of a quality control issue, i.e., anything to do with the ingredients, appearance, contamination, discoloration, flaws-defects, etc., the customer may execute a claim directly with the Manufacturer or Vendor within 30 days of purchase. In the event of damage during transit, the customer is required to contact Massage Depot, the respective Manufacturer or Vendor, and-or the delivery service directly for claim service. All claims must be executed in a timely manner.

Cancelations

Cancelations must be made before the order is shipped.

Massage Depot reserves the right to cancel or alter any order, with or without showing cause, at which time the Cardholder will be notified.

Legal

In the event of any dispute arising from our terms, the laws of the state of Virginia and the federal laws of the United States applicable therein shall be deemed to govern and you agree to submit to the exclusive and personal jurisdiction of the courts of such states in connection with such a dispute.

Lost/Damaged items

In the event of items damaged, opened, or lost in transit, and in order to reduce fraud, a damage claim report must be made without delay by the customer to both the respective Delivery Service and Massage Depot. Replacement of damaged items will occur only after a damage claim is authorized by the respective Delivery Service (UPS-1-800-742-5877) and received by Massage Depot. In the event of a lost order, Massage Depot will request a tracer. However, a period of eight (8) working days is required, if no recovery occurs, before the execution of a claim is allowed by UPS. Massage Depot will duplicate and ship a lost order only after the respective Delivery Service tracer is fully executed.
