Refunds & Returns
Products shipped directly by massage depot may be returned unopened and in salable condition within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Items NOT shipped by Massage Depot, i.e., by a third party, may be returned only with prior approval of the third party, and are subject to that party's return policy.
Refunds for returns do not include shipping fees.
Catalogs & Samples
We DO NOT mail catalogs or samples. This helps us keep our prices lower. If you need samples, hard copy catalogs or more product information other than what you see in our online catalogs, please contact the manufacturer.
Shipping Options
We currently only ship within the United States.
If you need an expedited shipping option, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Discounts and Credit
Sorry, we do not offer any additional, special quantity discounts or 30 day extended credit terms. Check around, compare our super low prices! Our prices are already discounted to the maximum for the highest quality products.
Exception: Massage Depot will occasionally offer 'Special Sale', 'While they last' offers. All 'Special Sale', and-or 'While they last' offers are sold as is, no returns, nor exchanges nor refunds!
No Confirmation/Tracking
If you fail to receive an immediate confirmation after placing an order, check to see that your data was correctly entered. Insufficient funds in your charge account, inaccurate entry of your credit card account number or expiration date, shipping information, quantity of items, or return e-mail address may result in, a) aborted fulfillment of your order, b) failure of your order confirmation, c) failure of a reply to your inquiry. Also check your junk email folder and security filtered to make sure the address isn't blocked.

Payment Methods
We currently only accept payment by credit/debit cards and Paypal. Checks, money orders and cash are not accepted.
